HERE IS SOME WAYS TO THOSE WHO GET DIFFICULTIES WHEN IT COMES SLEEPING EARLY AT NIGHT:
1 - AVOID FROM HAVING ALCOHOL OR SMOKING TOO MUCH
2- MAKE SURE YOUR STOMACH IS NT EITHER TOO EMPTY OR TOO FULL
3-FORGET ALL YOUR PROBLEMS
4- DON'T FORCE YOURSELF TO SLEEP
5- ALWAYS BATHE WITH WARM WATER
6- READ BOOKS THAT COULD MAKE YOU BORE
7- LISTEN TO SONGS WHICH CAN MAKE YOU RELAX YOURSELF
8- MAKE SURE THAT YOU SLEEP ALWAYS AT THE SAME TIME, AND EVEN WAKE UP, [FOR EXAMPLE : IF YOU ALWAYS SLEEPS AT 10PM, AND WOKEUP AT 9AM, MAKE SURE DO IT EVERYDAY LIKE YOU ALWAYS DID.. =) ]
9- AVOID HAVING NAPS FOR VERY LONG TIME
